- Combines business insurance coverage alongside a comprehensive homeowners policy
- No exclusion for Boiler & Machinery coverage
- Offers Business Interruption, monies coverage and other numerous commercial extensions
- Designed in conjunction with the Niagara-on-the-Lake Bed & Breakfast Association
- Now insure members of various associations across Ontario
- Regular involvement in trade shows has helped us to continually enhance the program

- Car Wash Program
- Specialized program designed by Erb and Erb Insurance Brokers in conjunction with car wash operators and owners
- Insures most members of the Canadian Car Wash Association (CCA) in Ontario and is presently gaining new members in Alberta
- Insures all forms of car washes including sites that would also have retail strip malls, gas bars, lube shops and garages
- There are more than 40 coverage enhancements to this program that are not normally provided for under similar policies

- Gas Bar Program
- Developed alongside program for Canadian Car Wash Association as many sites had gas bars
- This program insures gas bars and related convenience stores
